Traveljunkieindonesia.com – It’s a chilly Winter’s day and Hunter Valley is one of my favourite places in New South Wales.

Good food. Good wine. Good cheese. Good to be out socialising. I find that there is always something new to learn – I love it!

A day Like A Cheesemaker in Hunter Valley Cheese Factory is certain to make you enjoy the simple pleasures of a cheese factory. Here, lucky travel blogger for some Hunter Valley cheese tasting, an old favourite of mine.

The cheese factory was purpose built by Peter Curtis, Cheese Maker – a Cheesemakers dream. Peter Curtis and Rosalia Lambert uphold their commitment to quality handmade cheese and contribute their daily interaction with cheese lovers.

Say cheese please! I’m not a big fan of cheese. But ooh god, I eating good cheese. I knew that I had eaten too many. Good cheese is like good sex. The more you have the more you want.

Actually, I think cheese factory’s might just qualify for cheese lovers. Try it and tell me what you think.

Aaah I love Hunter Valley. A big thank you to Destination NSW and Garuda Indonesia. We all had a fantastic time!

Happy Sustainable Travels!
