Thetraveljunkie.org – Omotenashi is a Japanese concept that means hospitality and itโs related to the delicate and refined art of making others happy. Itโs a word with so many nuances and there is no word in English to define it. And is related to everything that is not tangible and that helps us build a comfortable and safe space. Something like that is what I felt at the Pullman Brisbane King George Square, a perfect balance between the exquisite design and lifestyle for business and leisure that I love. How do I define omotenashi? When space is more than just a place to be and becomes a place to feel and grow.
Omotenashi is harmony, tranquility, and wellness.

I just stayed for the weekend and I could explore the city. This hotel is well located in the city center near Queen street mall and all the main shopping areas as well as being close to the galleries, museum, libraries, bus station, train station, etc. I walked around and explored all around the city.
Check-in was easy and professional, especially being offered a late checkout for no charge was a bonus. Breakfast at the Goldfinch restaurant was generous and delicious.
Will stay again soon.
