Beaching and Loving Life at Asari Timo Beach, Karimunjawa Islands

Thetraveljunkie.org – Life has been pretty damn good lately! We’ve been hanging out at the beach a lot. The other day we spent the day at Asari Timo Beach, which is at Kemojan Island, about a 1 hour ride from Karimunjawa Island. An exquisite beach, a deserted beach, a crystal clear lagoon teaming with shells, clams, starfish, stonefish, crabs, fish, slugs, and sea weed. Every crevice was exploding with colour and movement. The beach was littered with amazing aquatic treasures – broken corals, cute pebbles, sparkling shells. The ocean looked as still as a pond. It was simply amazing.

We love fish and chips by the beach! But, it’s only in our dreams. It’s a very Australian thing. We ate exotic local foods, etc!

Plus there were lots of things to do: Swimming, snorkelling, beach run, bush walks, massage by the beach, and lots of little Bugis villages to visit.

Life is amazing here!

Just a note, if you are thinking of coming please leave no trash behind. And take with only memories, photos and videos.
