Thetraveljunkie.org – The other day, I went to Madurodam in Den Haag. It was really cool! Madurodam was established in 1952 as a war memorial to war hero and resistance fighter George Maduro, who died at the Dachau concentration camp on February 9, 1945. The parents of George Maduro provide the initial capital for Madurodam. I took a long walk. Here is so much to see, discover and do at Madurodam. The models are exact replicas of special buildings and objects, on a scale of 1:25. Through intensive daily care, the greenery, especially small-leaved trees and shrubs, is kept to a maximum of 60 centimetres high.
Overall, yes, it was a fantastic day! It was just wonderful for me.
