Thetraveljunkie.org – Can I just express my absolute obsession with Chicken Schnitzel? I’m in LOVE!
I arrived at 9.25pm. The Courtyard by Marriott Bali Seminyak party of one!
I ate alone at the outside balcon for dinner, the staff was very personable. The outside patio relaxing and inviting. I was very happy.
Lots and lots of fresh and interesting drink choices. The staff seemed very knowledgeable, and I was thankful for their insight.
I ordered Courtyard Iced Tea – Earl grey tea infused lemon grass, lemon juice finished with cranberry juice. Oh my!
And for dinner, I ordered the Breaded Chicken Schnitzel with garden salad, fried and mushroom sauce.
It was moist and the texture of the spaetzel was consistent… soft, juicy and succulent. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! All the flavours went so well together. I loved the garden salad. It was delicious!
In conclusion, I think everyone who trips in Bali should try the Seminyak Kitchen at least once, for a special occasion!
The meal was enjoyable (perhaps a little bit hit and miss), the waitstaff were outstanding, and the atmosphere was lovely. Over all it was a great experience.
Next time, I would definitely time my arrival a bit earlier. I look forward to trying some of the other menus and classic concoctions.
