Saigon’s Notre Dame Cathedral

these old hearts of ours.

Traveljunkieindonesia.com – I just spent a few days living and working in Saigon, Vietnam which was an incredible experience.

An absolute world away in almost every respect, there is something special in the air there.

This is one of the best places in Ho Chi Minh City for selfies and how wonderful the entire experience is.

Built between 1877 and 1883. Saigon’s Notre Dame Cathedral, officially known as Basilica of Our Lady of The Immaculate Conception, an amazing cathedral that looks more like a palace than a cathedral.

It is neo-Romanesque with two 40m-high square towers tipped with iron spires, which dominate the square here.

In front of the cathedral is a statue of the Virgin Mary.

And, here’s what we did and saw:

immaculate 1880.

disco cathedral.

white orthodox scene.

boyfriends stay.

cover you in kisses.

that’s because you drive me.

walk with us.

way back into love.

he knows the sun.

true to new life.

this is me and maria.

It’s pretty stunning, a great place to ‘dance’, love and peace.

Isn’t it a lovely place to make a great start to the year?
