The Nymphs Returns from Indra’s Heaven

Sida Paksa Returns from Indra’s Heaven

Traveljunkieindonesia.com – Hello travel junkies!

I spent the nicest years in south of Bali with my nymphs. When did you fall in love with Bali and think I could maybe live here?  I love the freedom here – the Hindu culture here is very open and free, anything goes really.

Hmmm… I haven’t brought my laptop with me but I was posting pictures here and there in my twitpic and of course, facebook!

This villa where we stayed at was a dream! We had our patio, garden for bbq and a pool to dip in, in times when weren’t at the beach.

Traveljunkieindonesia.com – It really is a sweet life. I went to my favourite hill to chill out in the sun.

I spent half the day at the Gili Trawangan Hill. I was utterly intoxicated by all the colours around me.

Gili Trawangan has a reputation as a party island, a Shangri La for travel junkies and hedonistic Indonesians or Singaporeans that’s awash with budget-priced digs and dive centres.

Traveljunkieindonesia.com – Once upon a time from Telaga Waja river, Bali.

One morning. Majer brought Ronny, Ramadani, and I, to a fantastic rafting experience on the Telaga Waja river. What an adventure!

Sweet Symphony in Munduk Village Bali

kadek ricefields | taken with Benq DC E820

Traveljunkieindonesia.com – I decided to go for a spontaneous outing and take my three friends to Kadek home in Kayu Putih village, Munduk – Central Bali.

I was excited! which is usually excellent. A change in dynamics is always good for everyone.

In the 1500s a colony came to Bali from a failed empire – the Majapahit Empire in  Java, and there was an exodus of intellectuals, artists, priests and musicians to Bali at that time, which explains the creative pulse that remains here today.

Kayu Putih village, Munduk, I was really delighted to discover this village.  So much more, that I leave you to discover my travel blog page to know more about the village.
