Thetraveljunkie.org – While we were in Sampran Riverside, some friends took me to Inn-Chan Restaurant for Thainess lunch.
It’s a very pretty place. The interior, furniture, decor, indoor setting and in-keeping with the whole cool, hippy vibe.
Began in 1964 and since then has remained loyal to Thai traditional cooking techniques using local fresh ingredients.
Thetraveljunkie.org – The other day my friends and I went to do some Thai dance classes at Sampran Riverside, Nakhon Pathom – Thailand.
It was the Introductory Thai dance class for Complete Beginners. There were heaps of people and the scene seemed pretty cool.
After the Introductory Class, they held a series of Beginner and Intermediate classes.
Thetraveljunkie.org – The end of organic farm tour, Nakhon Pathom, Thailand. We went to an organic farm party, Sampran Riverside. Very edutaining.
Laughter, smiling and playing wonderfully. Tropical fruits. Butterfly pea tea. Lemongrass tea. Lotus tea. Young coconut. Homey. Warm. Accepting and loving.
So I took so many great shots from my time and I immediately remember how lucky I am to have this job and to share these experiences with my audience.
Thetraveljunkie.org – While we were in Sampran Riverside, we took an organic farm tour.
In traditional Thai way of life, which is Sampran Riverside’s philosophy, fruits and vegetables are often grown organically for house consumption.
Thetraveljunkie.org – This was me taking a little breather on the Tha Chin river to Sampran Riverside organic farm.
I enjoyed to notice that the water looked very pretty. The tide was a little up. And how I love wooden-boating on quality boat paths.
I just love this momento. It’s funny how I become so calm and peaceful every time I see the river.

When I was in Nakhon Pathom, Thailand, I’m pretty busy from the moment I wake up in the mornings. I’m all go go go!
I headed out for a simple early breakfast, sat in our favorite Tai Chin riverside, cup of tea, listen to the birds sing, eggs on toast and get my head ready for the day.

While I was at Sampran Riverside, Nakhon Pathom – Thailand. I woke up at 5.30am to partake in almsgiving to Buddhist Monks. Almsgiving happens every morning-early, between 5.30am and 8am.
Offering food is one of the oldest and most common rituals of Buddhism. And, a meritorious act that also reminds us not to be greedy or selfish.
Thetraveljunkie.org – While I was at the Sampran Riverside, Nakhon Pathom. We had a Thai dinner party and we all sat down to a yummy Thai meal.
Hell yes! I’m happy to go to parties!

Thetraveljunkie.org – The authentic Thai way of my life. Nakhorn Pathom is a place of extremes. While traditional a riverside hotel, tourists from Asia-Pasific and Europe flock there to enjoy warmer weather and living like a local with luxurious lifestyle.
Sampran Riverside is a fantastic hotel with 160 rooms, 6 antique Thai houses around a serene lake, Arusaya Spa, 4 restaurants, 10 meetings rooms, a 10-acre Organic Farm, a Weekend Farmer’s Market and the unique Thai Village Cultural Centre, a popular tourist attraction for over 40 years now.
Now it is time to share details of my Thai House 5 – Puangkram, a master bedroom and a living room with lakeside patio.
Thetraveljunkie.org – I have heard so much about the Chet Samian or Jed Samian or the ancient 119-year-old Chet Samian Traditional Market in Ratchaburi, but I’ve never been there before.
It is about 100 kilometers away from Bangkok, and it is famous for its rich culture, local handicrafts and amazing food.
The market still preserves its unique characters representing admirable culture and lifestyle.
Thetraveljunkie.org – The other day, after lunch at Suan Silp Baan Din, I spent a bit of time with my new friend, Manop Meejamrat – a renowned modern dancer.
He is also a master of Thai classical dance, a famous choreographer and director.
Manop began his career with Patravadi Theatre in 1992, and was trained in a wide array of arts including jazz, modern dance, Japanese Butoh, Javanese dance and acrobatics.
Thetraveljunkie.org – While I was in Ratchaburi, I went to a Thai lunch at the Suan Silp Baan Din. The place is an arts centre nestled peacefully in a mango tree orchard.
From the outside, it looked pretty unassuming, boring and plain.
But taking a step inside, and we were greeted with an eclectic mix of retro furniture, ethnic materials, funky bits and pieces, vintage this and that, 60’s and 70’s tune.
