Thetraveljunkie.org – The SKY GARDEN (69F Observatory) is an observatory floor at a height of 273m, giving travel junkies a panoramic view of the Kanto Plains.
Travel junkies can reach the floor in approximately 40 seconds on Japan’s fastest (max. speed of 750m/min) elevator from the second floor lobby.
The magnificent panorama seen from the large windows is a most impressive sight, you can also see other landmarks like Mt. Fuji.

Ueno Park is Tokyo’s most significant cultural center. Its 300 acres are filled with museums, temples, shrines, natural attractions, important institutions and several of Japan’s top schools.

This maze of streets next to the railway tracks between Ueno and Okachimachi stations comprises two markets: the covered Ueno Centre Mall and open-air Ameyoko itself.
Traveljunkieindonesia.com – After exploring Harajuku, my friends and I ready for lunch. So we went for lunch at Ueno Station which has many good and famous dining outlets.
Ueno Station has a futuristic layout and it is a vast complex with restaurants and shopping mall.
Our lunch is the famous Katsukura. English menu is available for travel junkies like us. Apparently, this is one of the premium Tonkatsu restaurant in Japan.

Traveljunkieindonesia.com – Hi travel junkies! Ueno Station in Taito-ku is known as the “Gateway to the North” because it is the departing station for the railways from Tokyo bound for the Tohoku region in northern Japan.
The terminal accommodates 10 railways, including the JR Nagano Shinkansen Line. It is a prominent downtown area rivaling Ginza, Shinjuku, Ikebukuro and Shibuya.
